Attendance is our online registration software that syncs directly with your MIS to display punctuality and attendance rates or, if you're a SIMS school, allows you to writeback attendance data and keep track of all daily unauthorised absences in your school.
With our Daily Absences Dashboard, Attendance Officers have a clear overview of any unauthorised absences. By providing them with a clear list of students who are absent that day and easy access to guardian contact details, staff can quickly follow up with parents and identify the reason for absence.
Attendance ensures all stakeholders are up to date on school policies and expectations when it comes to attendance. Schools can share attendance rates with both students and parents, and teachers can add registration notes for more information on pupils' absences.
Attendance in the current climate can be difficult to track with schools still having to navigate closures whether in part or full. With Attendance, teachers can take attendance from wherever they are for both in-school and remote learners whilst still communicating absences to colleagues.
Attendance integrates seamlessly with your MIS and other Satchel One apps. For SIMS schools you can take attendance throughout the day and all data is written back to your MIS. For all other schools, we sync with your MIS to display key attendance data.
